Kenneth Estates

Kenneth Estates is a new residential community located on the rolling terrain of the historic Kenneth Smith Golf Club manufacturing facility on the south side of 71st Street (between Quivira Drive and Pflumm Road) in Shawnee, Kansas. It will soon be home to 92 single family residential cottages and manors where residents can enjoy the green hills, ponds, extensive foliage and wooded areas of the former golf course.

The residential architecture will reflect styles typically found in newer Johnson County residential developments, including expressions of country English, country French, and the more native prairie styles. Neighborhoods within The Kenneth Estates will connect with winding trail paths for nature viewing. Lots will range from $105,000 to $210,000. The cottages will be maintenance provided.
